Voting Question: I need creative ideas please?

I'm turning 16 next month,a nd I'd like to do something really special for my birthday. I live in a relatively small town, but my dad says if I can come up with something out of town that won't cost him an arm and a leg we could do it. I live in Lake Havasu City, AZ. It's about 4 hours south of Pheonix. Oh, and if I do something local, there will be about 15 people and an even amount of boys and girls.
