Resolved Question: What is required for a Wyoming Building contractor to become certified in Arizona?

My husband holds a Class B General Building Contractors License in the State of Wyoming. We are looking to move to Lake Havasu City, AZ and he would like to continue his business there. I have read on some sites that it is necessary for new contractors to take a test, but I am wondering if it applies to a person who is already a contractor in another state. Also, in Wyoming there is no need for special permission for a felon to be a contractor, but it seems that you must file a special request in Arizona. Any information you have would be helpful.
